The "Brickies Bike Club", formerly known as "Thick as a Brick M.C.C." are a small yet friendly motorcycle club who have been meeting at the Bricklayers Arms in Altrincham, Cheshire for over a decade.  We had a couple of years at The Old Market Tavern due to a bit of a political upheaval and were looked after very well by Anne-Marie and Charlie but we came back to our roots a couple of years ago with the arrival of Monty and Sue, a cracking pair of nutters who are extremely biker friendly and invited us back with open arms. We’re now “Back in Business” meeting on the first Wednesday of each month from about 8:30pm so if you fancy a ride out down Altrincham way, you’ll be sure of a warm welcome and a great bunch of like-minded folk. You can park your ride directly outside the pub as it’s a pedestrian precinct and we have an agreement with the local plod for parking of bikes on a Wednesday night, so you can mooch round the bikes with your drink and talk bollox in the fresh cheshire air.

The only thing we do ask is not to feed or tease the normal people.
